I am writing you today to express my anger and dissatisfaction at this newly proposed rule. This unfairly hurts retail investors and drains my faith in the US financial systems. If this rule goes into effect, I don’t see how I can have faith in the US stock market to regulate itself. Extremely disappointed in the lopsided advantages that institutions are given in todays investing environment. Please consider rescinding this proposal and actually doing something to protect retail investors.
