SEC, Regarding filing SR-NSCC-2022-003: I firmly believe its imperative to not pass this filing. Order transparency and accountability are two things among many others that those who run our markets should be held liable for. This filing is a step away from fair markets, and further into an obfuscated and intentionally vague markets. Faith that hedge funds and market makers are responsible for their mistakes is dwindling, and I fear investors will lose faith in the markets. I ask you reconsider, Mr. Barfoot
