CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. This cannot happen. You claim to want a fair market and to look out for the interest of retail investors. This does the exact opposite. This will only encourage further abuse of naked shorting practices by reckless institutions. This is very disturbing to see proposed, once again, albeit in under a different name.
