I am an individual investor and do not represent any institution. This rule is disingenuous in its purpose of creating more equitable markets. This gives more loopholes to be exploited by Market Makers and AP’s. Retail remains blindfolded and with our hands tied behind our backs while those that have made bad decisions get the rules changed so they won’t lose. SR-NSCC-2022-003 should not be approved and should raise the question, why is this being pushed at a time when overleverage and failure’s to deliver are skyrocketing?
