Hello, I'm writing to express my strong opposition to proposed rule SR-NSCC-2022-003 in which a system that is already set up to favor the potentially illicit activity behind securities failing to deliver and rolling into new, leveraged positions, being perpetrated and even endorsed by the SEC via this new legislation. I vehemently oppose this rule with extreme prejudice and will encourage everyone I know to take a look and consider their own point of view given the information available regarding this issue.
