Hello, I would like to send a comment in opposition to the proposed rule change with File Number SR-NSCC-2022-003. This proposed rule change flies in the face of 'free markets', and would obviously only act as a vehicle for retail investors to be even further cheated and bullied in an already uneven environment. Allowing hedge funds and other institutions to make enormous mistakes that put the entire financial ecosystem at risk, and then telling them that they can get away with it very easily via this rule change, would erode any semblance of accountability or faith in the US markets both from their own people and from the world.
