This is yet again an attempt by the sec to harm retail and reward bad actors for their irresponsibility and reckless actions in a supposed free market. This rule should be withdrawn immediately. It's time to stop letting corruption and bad actors run rampant through wallsteet and to actually have a fair and equitable market that's is free from bail outs and financial irresponsibility
