I believe that SR-NSCC-2022-003 is bad for retail investors. The passage of this proposal would allow for short hedge funds to create more naked shares in the name of liquidity. Do not pass SR-NSCC-2022-03. This is not good for the financial markets and will make any future crash immeasurably worse.
