You cannot keep giving HedgeFunds the ability to make bad trades only to be given a get out of jail free card.
This rule is a slap in the face to all retail investors who will lose the majority of their savings because they are aligned on the opposite side of a trade that may cause the HedgeFunds and the banks to take a hit.
Your mantra is to protect the retail investors and we expect just that.
Please do not pass this rule change, and let the people creating financial mistakes off the hook. We believe there is criminal activity already and this will only increase that activity.
