The Amount of disrespect retail traders endure from our governing bodies is despicable. How is this rule to the benefit of retail? It's not. This ruling helps the same people who cause the problem, wiggle away from it. why should they continue to do wrong while being able to escape the consequences?
It's so disheartening as a retail trader to see every loophole be used against us. Please don't allow this rule to be used against us. Regain the trust of retail, please. We're begging you to reconsider this rule.
