This is NOT for the benefit of the retail investor. Hedgefunds are robbing us blind, the corruption is extreme. Please protect the retail investor, we will not continue to invest where there is no fairness and our money is being stolen from us. This regulation allows for the corruption to continue indefinitely without consequences.
