This ruling does not seem to promote a fair market. I do not support this. I do not feel the market is fair now nor is it an area I want my money to be invested in in any way. These rulings only benefit one party and if only one party benefits then there is no reason for anyone else's participation. Thank you for allowing my comment to be voiced.
