This proposal is absolutely harrassing against retail investors. Id like to think that the SEC is in a position of making good decisions in interest of the people but to prevent different short squeeze scenarios would just be super unfair
The responsibility of this screw up should be in the interest of hedge funds, Market makers, and banks that all screwed up at first so they should be the ones paying, in my opinion.
Be careful with retail. Please.
