This rule would create a nice massive feedback loop to steal from retail investors. It seems as if they're running out of loopholes to cheat so you have to create new ones. Why can't you address the real issue of why they get over leveraged. This rule change is designed to protect institutions individuals from the natural consequences of unconscionable and or nefarious activity in the stock market, specifically the engagement in synthetic share/naked short transactions. Which allows them to cover up all their theft from retail investors. Aren't you supposed to be protecting retail investors? It seems as if you're protecting the criminal activity from being exposed. It saddens me for all the confidence i've lost in this rigged game of the stock market. Please stand up for the retail investors little guys for once.
