To whom it may concern,
To my understanding this proposed rule is doing nothing more but expanding the enormously large fraudulent blanket that covers Wall Street while also tightening the noose thats wrapped tightly around the retail investor. Im begging whoever capable of stopping this rule to tap deep into their morals and prevent this from happening.
