I fear that another vehicle, comprised of complexity, works against retail investors (whom you're sworn to protect).
The proposed regulation change allows any sort of bad bet by institutions to be held without loss indefinitely.
As a reminder, liquidity at all costs means that their liquidity will cost your dignity.
Are you prepared to see retail be beat down again in the face of mounting adversity? Are you not our fellow Americans?
Do your job and protect us from the predatory institutions or fail.your oath, give them your dignity and suffer the consequences of your actions (a destroyed and defeated America).
