This rule goes directly against transparency for the markets. It harms individual investors. This rule will further ruin faith in the market. It would be taking 100 steps back from a better market. Why on earth would you want that? Oh yeah, so large companies can make more money while individuals are squashed. The SEC should not stand for this garbage of a rule and should not stand for big companies. I do not feel represented. How can you be doing your duties if this is passed? Seriously shameful on all parties involved to even put this on the table.
