All of this extra complexity of rules that
attempt to govern our markets are not created by retail or with retail investors in mind. Retail investors do not have a seat at this table, much less a foot in the same house this table is in. Rather Wall Street, big banks, and hedge funds create these rules and they use the complexity to their advantage. This rule is just another example of leveraging complexity to fleece the masses.
No. Withdraw this. We do not want this. Stop trying to further empower the people who do not need EVEN MORE wealth and influence.
