As a retail investor, Im worried about the use of these funds from these SFT transactions for purposes other than participants de-leveraging themselves. I hope the Regulatory bodies have systems in place that will ensure proper use of funds. We as retail investors are already at a disadvantage when trading due to blaring conflicts of interest between institutional market participants, but without some proper oversight from the cops on the beat (as Chairman Gensler calls it) that disadvantage widens tremendously. Nobody expects equal outcomes when trading, but having a fair an equal opportunity is what the free market economy what built upon. Lets not lose focus on that. Thank you for your time
