I am posting this comment to offer a perspective of a young retail investor. As an 18 year old student I first got into investing through a certain brokerage who catered to people my age, but as I was blocked from trading certain stocks back in January I made the decision to move my money elsewhere. This was the moment that made me realize just how unfair this market is towards those with less money, and less of a voice. Although Im too dumb to fully understand what SR-NSCC-2021-801 fully implies, I see a lot of traders I respect wanting this to be put into action, for a more free and fair market. I am in full support.
