To whom it may concern,
Please approve measure SR-NSCC-2021-801. More accountability is need for investors to remain confident in the market. Bad actors must be held responsible for their actions. I feel strongly that this ruling will support accountability and limit the ability of individuals or organizations to use strategies in the market that could be considered manipulation.
