To whom it may concern, the way I understand the current situation with the shorting of stocks and naked shorting effects the market in a negative way. There seems to be some institutions that would have companies go bankrupt so they wouldnt have to pay for the stocks that are shorted.
This not only effects the market or economy, but it also effects the average person trying to make a living for themselves. I would strongly urge you to pass ST-NSCC-2021-801 as soon as possible.
