I am here because I believe naked shorting must end as well as inside sales between parent companies and their satellite companies. These practices leave our countries financial markets exposed to extremely dangerous and out right unnecessary financial risks.
Under the current law our markets are running at HIGH RISK of failure/insolvency. As Americans we cannot allow this blatant disregard/abuse for our current system to continue.
We need a far more honest and transparent way of transacting. The passing of the proposed NSCC 2021-801 will fix the shortfalls we are seeing under the current law/system. EVERYONE should be required to transact in a manner that is fair and clear.
For the betterment of our country and it's financial markets, Please say (\"YES\") to passing NSCC 2021-801 and yes to an investigation into the financial entities who have been blatantly abusing our current system.
