This is a very welcome amendment to DTC-003. I am very glad to see it suggested, and in favour of applying it. As a retail investor wishing to preserve, protect, and grow my investments, life work, and the future of my kids, it is very important for me that the market is healthy, and that bad players are held accountable to their actions so that we, smaller investors with big dreams, are protected from their foul gambling.
