To whom it may concern,
I just want to briefly say that rule DTC-003 entitled \"SR-NSCC-2021-801\" absolutely needs to be implemented. We need to hold every offending party accountable for this crime. The offending parties have been grossly manipulating the market for years including the offense of counterfeit shares. Please enact this rule.
