To whom it may concern,
I will keep it brief. The proposed aforementioned companion amendment to DTC-003 is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions.
It's really time to get the voices of retail investors heard. Hedge funds have caused so much damage to millions of businesses and families in the past century - not even you want to know how much blood they have on their hands due to unethical trading practices.
So I'm asking in the name of all to please make the necessary changes.
