Good day. My comments and that of my husbands is the principal of systemic fairness, an equal opportunity to invest in great companies as retail investors without being disadvantaged by bad actors who conspire and profit at our expense.
We are in full support of this rule change and for the change to occur immediately. As retail investors we want rules to protect everyone equally.
