I am an individual retail investor, and am only speaking on my own behalf.
I would like to comment in support of this rule, for two reasons.
Holding people accountable is the first step to a market that is not only free, but also fair.
It levels the field for both those with a huge amount of money and those that are using much smaller amounts in an attempt to have a secure future.
