Do what's right and bring justice to those who are doing the illegal activity. I fully support the rule because it will close another loophole that criminals use in order to get away with the crimes that are committed. For too long the punishment doesn't fit the crime. If they are allowed to keep getting slapped wines that are less than the money they are making illegally then there is no reason to change. They will call it the cost of doing business. WE the people can't allow this to happen any longer.
