To whom it may concern,
In short, the proposed aforementioned companion amendment to DTC-003 is a necessary step in mitigating unethical practices and providing all shareholders, public and private, with equal opportunity. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness (Jefferson, 1776).
