I would like to express my support for SR-NSCC-2021-801.
I believe that this rule will be necessary in holding persons accountable when engaging in short selling and stock borrowing. I would like to see this rule enacted as quickly as possible.
I am sure I am not the only person who believe this should be implemented ASAP.
