I support the implementation of this rule. I believe it will help to mitigate risky plays from all actors within the market. This is especially true for those institutions who use short positions, FTDs, and dark pools to manipulate stock prices under the veil of secrecy.
I welcome more transparency, as many other retail investors do as well.
The amendment to the DTCC must be included and approved.
