To whom it may concern, Good Morning. I am here today to ask the SEC to enforce this rule. Enforcing this rule will greatly help in creating a fair and even market for all players. It will also help keep financial institutions from creating an unhealthy market ecosystem and hold them accountable for any of the risky plays they make.
