To whom it may concern,
As an individual coming of age during the turmoil of 2008, I've had an interest in trying to understand what happened in the markets that precipitated the crash. I've educated myself slightly, and I know that there is much I don't understand. What I do understand, is that as certain stocks have proven recently, hedge fund recklessness can certainly have repercussions. I think exercises in reducing market volatility will benefit everyone affected, which as I learned in 2008, is pretty much everyone who uses currency. Thank you for your consideration.
