After carefully researching the situation from many angles, I am in support of NSCC-2021-801 passing. I believe this is integral to our financial system's healthy functioning. In my opinion it is long overdue that a rule such as NSCC-2021-801 was passed. If there was any doubt in the authenticity in reporting of your members' positions, this rule could have avoided what is shaping to be a tidal wave of unknown positions. Thank you for your time.
