In regards to approval of the above rule change. I believe it to be a necessary and critical one to be approved in order to better maintain transparency not only as a country with a free market but as a global power that can show above all that we are truly a land of free people and the rules implementation would indeed garner that attention once again for us. - Individual Investor.
