I support this proposal. As seen, in the past as well as currently, bad actors will prop up a scenario that can be very volatile. These high risk plays are not generating money but stealing it out of the market.
We can see that we are at a point where established organizations have taken on risk well beyond what they knew they could cover. The lack of rules and oversight are allowing these investors to risk crashing another market.
It's time to get this under control.
