We need the laws to step up to stop the dirty players from just paying a small fee for large illegal trade practices. If someone pays 275k for a 2 billion dollar trade that was illegal they need all of the 2 billion taken from them if not that is just a cost of doing business. To me that is just like moonshiners that payed off the police to run shine and the payoff was just the cost of doing business. The dirty players need to pay more in fines than what they earn from the illegal trades to stop them
