To whom this concerns,
I am in full support of this measure, as it will create accountability and transparency for all who participate in our market system.
Those who use advanced tactics to manipulate the market will no doubt find this measure repulsive, and look to sway your ruling. Those voices must be rebuked, as they represent a small few who have for so long taken advantage of the many, systematically pilfering from those with far fewer resources than they.
I see this measure as a small step forward, and part of a larger journey of fair equity for all in our financial system.
