To whom it may concern,
I am in full support of this regulation. I hope the SEC looks upon this as favourably as I do. The hope is that this will help to promote a more free and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished, and not rewarded. While I think more should be done, this is definitely a step in the right direction.
