To whom it may concern,
As a retail investor who has recently taken an interest in the stock market, to find out that this isn't already a rule, is surprising and concerning. Credit and leverage should be managed fairly, more timely, and more accurately. With Archegos recently, I firmly believe that this is an issue to be addressed swiftly before systemic repercussions are felt by all, not just the companies who take out more leverage than they can possibly handle.
