To whom it may concern
As a retail investor, the integrity and fairness of the systems underpinning my financial investment is of utmost importance to me. I believe SR-NSCC-2021-801 is a necessary step in the right direction towards transparency and accountability of all members involved.
For future consideration: penalties for violation of this rule and all others must be strongly enforced to abolish willful and profitable non-compliance. Only when the penalty eclipses ill-gotten gains can this be assured.
