I fully support the addition of this rule and the transparency and stability it will afford members participating in the DTCC. A robust new rule set is necessary to bring true freedom and accountability to the U.S. markets. I believe this is a positive change necessary to the free market and those who wish to benefit from a robust and healthy economic environment.
