I am a retail investor from the United Kingdom. I have deep concerns about market manipulation in the U.S and I'm loosing faith in the system. The odds seem stacked against us and the evidence of market manipulation from hedge funds seems to be so blatant, so corrupted, it's almost as if they are the ones who make the rules and set the market price.
Please restore my faith in the American economic investment system and pass this rule with immediate effect.
I implore you to act on behalf of retail investors, corporations who's stock and values are manipulated by greed and billionaires, and the people of the world who look on at these crimes which are seemingly unpunished.
