I support of this regulation and I hope the SEC looks upon it as favorably as I do. The hope is that this will promote a more accessible and fair market by increasing liability on bad actors within the system. Those that seek to exploit the system for personal gain at the expense of others should be punished and not rewarded. The punishment should not be a set dollar amount. Instead, bad actors should be fined a percentage of their most recent fiscal year gross earnings. While more should be done, this regulation is a step in the right direction.
