It is imperative this rule is enacted. The SEC and NSCC need the ability to identify and gain recourse against bad actors in our financial system, who use obfuscation and delays in reporting to enable a cycle as plain as day to manipulate the market for their own gain, at the expense of legitimate investors and companies. Please do the right thing to ensure faith in the American financial system is retained and even strengthened by the passing of this rule - not only domestically but globally as well.
