To whom it may concern,
I fully support The proposed aforementioned companion amendment to DTC-003 and believe it is a necessary one. It holds person(s) accountable for their actions. We cannot afford retail and international investors to lose faith in our markets. We must restore integrity and enforce the law. The world remembers the 2008 market crash and they are watching.
