To whom it may concern,
After some thought, I'm writing to support the timely passing and immediate implementation of NSCC-2021-801.
It makes sense.
Without this rule being passed, implemented and enforced, we will continue to have a system that is not operated in a manner that promotes a truly free or fair market.
