As an american investor who has watched lives lost and damaged due to the actions of irresponsible parties at many high profile financial institutions and hedge funds, I find it to be vital to pass resolution 801 immediately in order to provide a framework which does not skew in the direction of only the wealthy, nor continues to empower these entities to use loopholes which continue to harm and undercut the US econom (and, as we've seen in the past, the housing market) with what simply equates to dangerous gambling habits. Passing this resolution will help to boost american investor confidence in the system itself, thus boosting the economy as more and more investors participate in the free market.
