As a retail investor, I strongly support the ratification of SR-NSCC-2021-801. This rule will strengthen the oversight that can be provided by the DTCC/NSCC. Professionally, I am an engineer for a large technology company. I can attest that data validity and visibility, are of the utmost importance. I am concerned that without this measure in place, the market will continue to be susceptible to unforeseen and preventable risk. Ultimately, this rule is necessary to monitor the health of the market and if necessary, enables decisive preventive measures to be taken.
